Precision Comfort Knitting: Adopt advanced precision warp knitting machines, set parameters (width, thickness, stretch ratio, surface style) according to product specifications, and realize one-time forming of the lightweight comfortable urban function elastic. The knitting process is precise, ensuring smooth surface, soft texture, neat edges and uniform elasticity.
Anti-wrinkle & Quick-dry Treatment (Optional): For anti-wrinkle models, perform precision anti-wrinkle shaping treatment; for quick-dry models, spray environmentally friendly quick-dry agents, strictly control the processing parameters, ensuring anti-wrinkle and quick-dry performance while maintaining softness and breathability.
Presetting & Shaping: The knitted elastic band is preset at a moderate temperature to stabilize its size, eliminate internal stress, enhance anti-wrinkle performance, and prevent shrinkage, deformation and curling during subsequent processing and daily wearing.
Dyeing & Finishing: Adopt environmentally friendly high-temperature dyeing technology, strictly control the dyeing temperature and time to ensure pure color, high color fastness and no color difference. After dyeing, perform softening, anti-static, anti-wrinkle and quick-dry finishing (if needed), improving the softness, comfort, anti-wrinkle performance and quick-dry effect of the product, ensuring no burrs on the edge.
