The process begins with selecting high-tenacity, chlorine-resistant yarns, followed by specialized knitting techniques that ensure uniform tension. Advanced heatsetting locks in the elastic's dimensional stability, preventing shrinkage or warping during use. A final finishing treatment enhances the quick-dry properties before the elastic is wound and prepared for shipment.

Q1: Why is this elastic better than ordinary waistband elastic for swimwear?
A: Normal elastic easily weakens and turns brittle under chlorine, seawater and sunscreen. Our swim elastic uses chlorine-resistant rubber and treated spandex, so it stays elastic and prolongs swimwear service life.
Q2: Will it slip down during surfing or fast running?
A: No. High-rebound knit structure offers snug but comfortable hold. It stretches with body movement and bounces back immediately to fix clothes without slipping or sagging.
Q3: How to stop it from soaking up water and feeling heavy?
A: Its porous knit structure won't trap water like woven elastic. Quick-dry fiber and special finishing let water flow away quickly, so it dries fast without extra weight.
Q4: Can it bear high heat for dryer or ironing?
A: Heat setting during production makes it heat-resistant for normal tumble drying (follow garment care tags). To extend service life, air dry out of direct heat is recommended.
Q5: Can I get different stretch strength for different sports?
