Cycling Elastics

We strictly select high-quality raw materials to ensure the anti-slip, wear resistance and comfort of cycling elastics: Polyester yarn (high strength, good wear resistance, breathable, not easy to shrink); Spandex yarn (high elasticity, good shape recovery, stable performance); Anti-slip materials (food-grade silicone for dotted anti-slip); Dyes (environmentally friendly, non-toxic, colorfast, especially fluorescent dyes with high brightness and durability). For sensitive skin, we provide latex-free spandex raw materials to ensure safety and comfort. All raw materials are inspected before use, focusing on wear resistance and anti-slip performance, eliminating unqualified raw materials.

Yarn Warping: The selected wear-resistant polyester and spandex yarns are warped by professional precision warping machines, ensuring uniform yarn tension, consistent thickness, no tangles, and laying a foundation for subsequent knitting.

Anti-slip Treatment (Optional): For anti-slip models, perform silicone dotted printing or anti-slip texture processing on the surface of the knitted elastic, strictly control the thickness and distribution of silicone, ensuring anti-slip performance while maintaining softness.

Precision Knitting: Adopt advanced precision warp knitting machines, set parameters (width, thickness, stretch ratio, surface style) according to product specifications, and realize one-time forming of the cycling elastic. For anti-slip models, the knitting process is combined with silicone dotted layout to ensure uniform anti-slip points and firm adhesion.

Dyeing & Finishing: Adopt environmentally friendly high-temperature dyeing technology, especially for fluorescent colors, strictly control the dyeing temperature and time to ensure bright color and high durability. After dyeing, perform softening, anti-static and wear-resistant finishing, improving the softness, comfort and wear resistance of the product, ensuring no burrs on the edge.

Presetting & Shaping: The knitted elastic band is preset at a high temperature to stabilize its size, eliminate internal stress, ensure wear resistance and shape retention, and prevent shrinkage, deformation and curling during subsequent processing and riding.

Packaging: According to customer requirements, perform roll packing, festoon packing or customized packaging. Each roll is labeled with product specifications, batch number, production date, etc., using moisture-proof and dust-proof packaging to avoid damage during transportation and storage.

Inspection: Conduct strict quality inspection on the finished products, focusing on anti-slip performance, elasticity, wear resistance, color fastness, edge neatness, etc. Unqualified products (such as uneven anti-slip points, poor elasticity, color difference) are eliminated to ensure that each batch of products meets the standard.

We implement full-process quality control from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, focusing on the core characteristics of cycling elastics (anti-slip, wear resistance, breathability):

1)Raw material inspection: Test the wear resistance, elasticity and anti-slip performance of yarn and anti-slip materials to ensure they meet international standards;

2)In-process inspection: Inspect each link of knitting, anti-slip treatment, presetting, dyeing and finishing, focus on controlling anti-slip performance and wear resistance, timely find and solve problems;

3)Finished product inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspection of the finished products, with a qualified rate of more than 99%, and regularly conduct random inspections to ensure stable quality.

International Certifications: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I (for infant products) / Class II (for direct contact with skin products), REACH compliant, RoHS compliant, ensuring product safety, environmental protection and non-toxicity, suitable for direct skin contact during riding.

Quality Standards: Color fastness to washing: Grade 3-4; Color fastness to friction: Grade 3-4; Tensile strength: ≥22N/CM; Elongation at break: 300%-450%; Shrinkage rate: ≤2% (after washing at 40℃ for 30 minutes); Anti-slip performance: Friction coefficient ≥0.6; Wear resistance: No obvious wear after 500 times of friction test.
