Production details

Yarn Warping: The selected high-strength polyester and spandex yarns are warped by professional precision warping machines, ensuring uniform yarn tension, consistent thickness, no tangles, and laying a foundation for wear-resistant knitting.

Precision Wear-resistant Knitting: Adopt advanced precision warp knitting machines, set parameters (width, thickness, stretch ratio, surface style) according to product specifications, and realize one-time forming of the wear-resistant anti-tear hiking elastic. The knitting process is precise, ensuring dense texture, wear resistance, neat edges and uniform elasticity.

Anti-slip & Water-repellent Treatment (Optional): For anti-slip models, perform silicone dotted printing or ribbed anti-slip texture processing on the surface; for water-repellent models, spray environmentally friendly water-repellent agents, strictly control the processing parameters, ensuring anti-slip and water-repellent performance while maintaining breathability and softness.

Presetting & Shaping: The knitted elastic band is preset at a high temperature to stabilize its size, eliminate internal stress, enhance wear resistance and shape retention, and prevent shrinkage, deformation and curling during subsequent processing and outdoor use.

Dyeing & Finishing: Adopt environmentally friendly high-temperature dyeing technology, especially for outdoor colors, strictly control the dyeing temperature and time to ensure pure color, high color fastness and anti-UV performance. After dyeing, perform softening, anti-static, wear-resistant and anti-UV finishing, improving the softness, comfort, wear resistance and outdoor adaptability of the product, ensuring no burrs on the edge.
