High Elasticity & Good Recovery
High-quality spandex with scientific ratio, stretch ratio up to 1:3.0-1:4.8, flexible and moderate elasticity, fits the body curve, does not restrict running movements (such as arm swinging, leg stretching), and has fast shape recovery, no deformation or loosening after long-term use and repeated washing.
Anti-slip Performance
Adopts anti-slip design (silicone dotted surface or anti-slip texture), strong friction, can closely fit the skin or running apparel, no slipping during intense running, ensuring the stability of running apparel and accessories (such as headbands not slipping off, cuffs not shifting).
Moisture-wicking & Comfortable
The surface is smooth and delicate, combined with moisture-wicking raw materials, which can quickly absorb sweat and discharge it, avoiding sweat sticking to the skin, non-irritating to the skin, non-allergenic, and latex-free optional, suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Flexible Customization & Easy Sewing
Fully customizable in width (6mm-90mm), thickness, stretch ratio, color (including fluorescent colors), surface style (breathable, anti-slip), and can be printed with custom logos. Production details
Yarn Warping: The selected lightweight polyester and spandex yarns are warped by professional precision warping machines, ensuring uniform yarn tension, consistent thickness, no tangles, and laying a foundation for breathable knitting.
Anti-slip Treatment (Optional): For anti-slip models, perform silicone dotted printing or anti-slip texture processing on the surface of the knitted elastic, strictly control the thickness and distribution of silicone, ensuring anti-slip performance while maintaining softness and breathability.
Dyeing & Finishing: Adopt environmentally friendly high-temperature dyeing technology, especially for fluorescent colors, strictly control the dyeing temperature and time to ensure bright color and high durability. After dyeing, perform softening, anti-static, moisture-wicking and breathable finishing, improving the softness, comfort, breathability and moisture-wicking performance of the product, ensuring no burrs on the edge.
Packaging: According to customer requirements, perform roll packing, festoon packing or customized packaging. Each roll is labeled with product specifications, batch number, production date, etc., using moisture-proof and dust-proof packaging to avoid damage during transportation and storage, ensuring the breathability and flatness of the elastic band.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I order a small batch for sample testing?
A: Our MOQ is negotiable. For standard size and color, the MOQ is 500m; for customized products (such as fluorescent colors, anti-slip design, special thickness), the MOQ can be appropriately reduced according to your needs. We support small-batch sample orders (usually 5-10m per color/size) for your testing, verification and running apparel matching.
Q5: How long is the sample lead time and mass production lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 3-7 working days (depending on whether it is customized; standard samples can be provided within 3 days; fluorescent color or anti-slip samples take 5-7 days). Mass production lead time is 7-15 working days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. If you have an urgent order, we can adjust the production schedule to shorten the lead time (please consult us in advance).
Q6: Do you offer free samples? Who bears the shipping cost?
A: Yes, we provide free samples (5-10m per color/size), but the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost. If you place a mass production order after sample confirmation, we can deduct the shipping cost of the sample from the total order amount to reduce your cost.
