Precision Knitting: Adopt advanced precision warp knitting machines, set parameters (width, thickness, stretch ratio, surface style) according to product specifications, knit the composite structure (spandex + shape-retaining fibers) in one step, ensuring uniform elasticity and stable shapehold performance.
Special Shapehold Finishing: Conduct heat setting treatment at a precise temperature (120-150℃), combined with shape-setting agents, to fix the shape of the elastic band, enhance shape retention, and ensure no deformation after stretching and washing; the finishing process is strictly controlled to ensure the shapehold effect is stable and long-lasting.
