Raw Material Selection
We strictly select high-quality raw materials to ensure product quality: Nylon yarn (high strength, good wear resistance, soft texture); Spandex yarn (excellent elasticity, good shape recovery, high tensile strength); Dyes (environmentally friendly, non-toxic, colorfast, in line with international environmental standards). For sensitive skin and infant products, we provide latex-free raw material options to ensure safety and comfort.
Production Process
1)Yarn Warping: The selected nylon and spandex yarns are warped by professional equipment to ensure uniform yarn tension, laying the foundation for subsequent knitting.
2)Precision Knitting: Adopt advanced warp knitting machines, set parameters according to product specifications (width, thickness, picot edge style), and realize one-time forming of the elastic band and picot edge, ensuring neat edges and uniform texture.
3)Presetting: The knitted elastic band is preset at a specific temperature to stabilize its size, eliminate internal stress, and prevent shrinkage and deformation during subsequent processing and use.
4)Dyeing & Finishing: Adopt environmentally friendly dyeing technology, strictly control the dyeing temperature and time to ensure uniform color and high color fastness; after dyeing, perform finishing processes such as softening and anti-static treatment to improve the softness and comfort of the product.
5)Inspection: Conduct strict quality inspection on the finished products, including size (width, thickness), elasticity, picot edge neatness, color fastness, tensile strength, etc., and eliminate unqualified products to ensure that each batch of products meets the standard.
6)Packaging: According to customer requirements, perform roll packing, festoon packing, or customized packaging, and attach product labels (specifications, batch number, production date, etc.) to ensure the integrity and traceability of the products.
Quality Control
We implement full-process quality control from raw material procurement to finished product delivery:
1. Raw material inspection: Test the quality of yarn and dyes to ensure they meet the standard;
2. In-process inspection: Inspect the knitting, presetting, dyeing and other links to timely find and solve problems;
3. Finished product inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspection of the finished products, with a qualified rate of more than 99%.
