Yarn Warping: The pretreated raw materials are warped by professional precision warping machines, ensuring uniform yarn tension, consistent thickness, no tangles, and laying a foundation for durable knitting.
Precision Knitting: Adopt advanced precision warp knitting machines, set parameters (width, thickness, stretch ratio, surface style) according to product specifications, and realize one-time forming of the durable bedding elastic. The knitting process is precise, ensuring durable texture, smooth surface, neat edges and uniform elasticity.
Anti-slip & Anti-pilling Finishing (Optional): For anti-slip models, perform anti-slip surface treatment to enhance the anti-slip effect; perform anti-pilling finishing to prevent pilling and fluffing during use and washing; spray environmentally friendly softeners to improve softness and skin-friendliness.
